VicPD is looking to ID this suspect who could be called a ‘Porch Pirate’, given they stole a parcel off someone’s porch in the 900 block of Convent Place.

We want to remind the public that you should remove your mail as quickly as you can to avoid being a victim of ‘porch pirate’ theft.
