On November 19^th at about 12.30am Victoria Police responded to a call regarding an assault. The crime took place outside The Bay Centre on Douglas Street. The victim had suffered extensive head injuries including losing 3 teeth. Witnesses saw 3 males aged 19-22 running away from the scene up Fort Street, they heard them make remarks about beating somebody up.

Extensive reviews of all CCTV in the area provided the image pictured.
