Saanich Police are investigating a break and enter to a secure underground parking garage. The crime took place in the 3700 block of Quadra Street on August 27^th at around 2am. The suspects tried to disguise themselves wearing wigs, but their images were captured on the buildings CCTV. We are asking for help in identifying the pair. They stole a bicycle, bike helmet and other items that were in the garage.
