VicPD are looking to identify these individuals who on July 31st spray painted graffiti on the side of a building in the 400 block of Catherine Street. Police have been unable to ID them through other investigative means and are asking for your help.

Two of the suspects climbed atop a bus shelter to tag the building, while another can be seen keeping watch.
