March is Fraud Awareness Month
March 8, 2018March is Fraud Prevention Month, and local Police encourage you to protect yourself from fraud by learning how to recognize it. Helpful information on common scams can be found at www.antifraudcentre.ca.
If you are unsure if you are being targeted for a scam, call police and find out for sure. Better to be safe than sorry.
