Saanich Police would like help in identifying the male in the picture, as he is a suspect in a case where mail was stolen from an apartment block in the 3200 Block of Quadra Street.

The theft took place in the early hours of August 21st. . Items stolen, included a Cat water drinking fountain along with personal mail.
