Identity sought of suspect accused of Assault causing Bodily Harm.

Saanich Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual pictured riding the bicycle.
The man approached a vehicle and spoke with the driver. After the driver exited the vehicle, an exchange occurred that resulted in the suspect assaulting the driver and causing bodily harm.
It is worth noting that the male has a dog in the trailer on the back of his bike.
