Victoria Police Department are seeking help with identifying this man. He was caught on CCTV as he left a store without paying for the Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer he is carefully carrying.

He is described as aged 30-40 , Asian or Aboriginal, short dark hair, clean shaven.
