Victoria Police department are trying to identify the man in the picture.He is responsible for an assault on a senior in Hillside Mall parking lot. The suspect had taken it upon himself to advise the victim that he was not allowed to smoke in the parking lot. The victim went to extinguish his cigarette and as he did, the suspect punched the victim in the face causing him to fall to the ground and hit his head.The suspect drove off in a dark coloured Acura MDX SUV.
