VicPD are looking to identify and speak with the young man in the attached photo below. The photo was taken after a witness confronted the young man after allegedly observing him “tagging” property in the 900-block of Meares Avenue on March 5. Investigation has pointed to the same individual being indicated in a number of other incidents of vandalism.
